Refund and Cancellation Policy Overview Our services consist exclusively of physical services (Thai Massage) and gift cards, which can only be redeemed for physical services with us. These can be purchased through our website or in person. We do not sell any other products or merchandise. Cancellation: Notice period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refund eligibility: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund. Service Complaints Complaint review: If a complaint arises regarding our massage services, we will review it and communicate our decision to the client via the agreed contact method. Service awareness: Clients must be aware of the services purchased through our website. In case of any uncertainty or questions, clients are advised to inquire about the selected service or request modifications before the service begins. An exception applies to Herbal Massages — these cannot be modified within 48 hours before the booked appointment. Refund Policy Complaint validity: If the complaint is justified, we will refund the full amount to the client. Refund methods: Refunds can be made to the client’s bank account within 14 days or in cash. Cash refunds: In the case of cash refunds, the client must sign a statement confirming receipt of the refund and waiving any further legal or financial claims.
